Gorasal ALU

Intended for cleaning items made of aluminium and its alloys, especially baking sheets and baking forms used in bakeries, foodservice and meat processing.
Suitable for mechanical washers, manual cleaning and soak cleaning.
Usage instructions:
• Daily cleaning: use a 2 – 5% product solution.
• Removal of carbon deposits: soak items in a 5–15% product solution at 20 – 35°C for 1 – 12 hours. Remove residues with a brush.

For very heavy soiling, a 30% solution may be used. Before using the preparation at this concentration, check that it does not cause corrosion on the items being cleaned.
